Our History
Founded in 1900 Eagle Point is .................... (someone who has been around longer than me need to write this)
Community Infrastructure
As is the norm for many neighborhood communities on Table Rock Lake, Eagles Point is self sufficient with regards to our road maintenance, water supply and sewage treatment. All neighborhood utilities are routine monitored by _____________________ and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources for compliance.
Wanting to build?
All home builds must be approved by our Design Reveiw Committee prior to breaking ground. Our covenants have established a standard of excellence to ensure that the value of all of our homes will be enhanced.

Boat Docks and slips
There are currently three private 20 slip docks that for exclusively for Eagles Point lot owners. Slips generally transfer with the sale of a lot or home. There currently no slips for sale and Army Corp of Engineers do no allow slip rentals for any amount of time.
Boat docks are private property for boat owners only. There is no public or community or lake access.

Covenants & By-Laws
Any great neighborhood is worth protecting. Our covenants and by-laws provide the framework of those protections. Helping to ensure that we maintain our infrastructure, the quality and compatibility of new homes and ensure a high quality of lake life for all of our neighbors. The goal being to enhance and improve the value of our investments.
