How to Pay
Make checks payable to Eagles Point Owners Association. Mail to the address below. Include your lot number on the memo line.

Use your bank's online bill pay service to send a payment directly to the association. Allow 5–7 business days for delivery.

Payments may be dropped off at a board member's residence by prior arrangement. Contact the treasurer to coordinate.

Where Your Money Goes
Annual assessments are the association's primary source of operating revenue. Every dollar collected goes directly toward maintaining and improving the Eagles Point community.

The 2026 annual assessment(dues) is $850 per lot. The approved budget is available on the Documents page.
Assessment(dues) fund road maintenance and resurfacing, common area upkeep, boat ramp maintenance, insurance, administrative costs, and contributions to the reserve fund for future capital projects.
A late fee is applied to any balance unpaid after February 1. Interest in the amount of 18% will be added to all delinquent assessments(dues). Accounts remaining unpaid after July 1 are eligible for lien filing per CC&Rs Section 6.4. The association may also pursue collection costs and attorney fees as permitted by Missouri law.
The board may consider payment arrangements on a case-by-case basis for owners experiencing financial hardship. Contact the treasurer before the due date to discuss options.
The treasurer sends payment confirmations by email within 10 business days of receipt. If you have not received confirmation after that period, contact the board via the contact form.
Annual assessment(dues) are prorated at closing based on the remaining months in the calendar year. Your first full-year assessment(dues) will be due January 1 of the following year.
