Steve Fischer
President
Oversees association operations, chairs board meetings, and serves as the primary liaison with community vendors and legal counsel.
Donna Goetzman
Vice President
Supports the President in association operations, presides over meetings in the President's absence, assists with vendor and community relations, and helps coordinate board initiatives and member communications.
Richard Pryor
Treasurer
Manages association finances, annual budget preparation, dues collection, and reserve fund oversight.
Marni Melencamp
Secretary
Maintains official records, prepares meeting minutes, and handles correspondence on behalf of the board.
John Woodley
Director at Large
Serves as a general member of the board, participates in board decisions, represents the interests of the membership at large, and assists with special projects and community matters as needed.

Design Review Committee
Reviews and approves applications for exterior modifications, additions, and new construction to ensure compliance with community standards.
